Aminah and her team constantly prove that they are top-tier professionals in their field. Their attention to detail, often identifying and resolving minor issues before they escalate. Over the past year, their reprocessors have faced some challenges. Yet, in each instance, a vigilant technician promptly alerts Aminah, and the entire team collaboratively springs into action, working tirelessly until a resolution is achieved. What sets this department apart is its proactive approach, always brainstorming and implementing process enhancements to ensure patient safety. I often find myself pondering, had someone other than Aminah been at the helm of this department, would the outcomes have been as positive? Her leadership, coupled with her team's commitment, truly makes a significant difference. I am proud to nominate such an excellent team and recognize their ability to work together to provide the best care to their patients.
