During my father's hospitalization Jeffery not only ministered to him professionally and compassionately, he also related to each family member in such a way as to calm anxieties. He made sure our father was able to relax by spending enough time with him that father knew he was in the hands of someone who cared. Jeffery's smile and genuine concern was a huge blessing to all of us during a very difficult time.
