Jeff worked closely with our family to develop a care plan for our mother. Our family has difficult dynamics and Jeff managed them with compassion and kindness. He made sure the teleconference went smoothly by preparing the family with clear expectations. Most importantly even though Mom's short-term memory was shot, he continued to treat her directly with respect and kindness.
