Jeff truly went above and beyond. Despite the chaos happening out back, he was exceptionally responsive to those of us in the waiting room. In between seeing patients, he would run through to bounce an infant while her mother retrieved belongings from her vehicle, cleaned vomit off the floor and even assisted a woman who entered the waiting room looking for someone with jumper cables. My husband and I watched as he demonstrated compassion to even those who were impatient during the process.
