Jeffrey is wonderful. He's kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and communicates with empathy. I was so thankful to have Jeffrey as my uncle's nurse in the ED. Jeffrey took over and immediately introduced himself. And to my ever-loving relief, called my uncle, "Mr. F"... not other names - which my uncle hates - but a very respectful, "Mr. F" or "sir". I looked at my uncle in time to see him smile the first time he heard Jeffrey. At that moment, I took a deep breath and knew the visit would be okay. Jeffrey kept us up-to-date on each phase of the visit, and when it was time to be transferred upstairs for admission, he made sure all his belongings were secured and talked to him all the way upstairs. If I could guarantee that Jeffrey and the ED team tonight would care for my family, Palisades Medical Center would be my first choice.
