Jeffrey showed extreme compassion when our daughter was brought into the ER, she was critically ill, but Jeffrey kept us calm and gave us hope. He clearly understood that we were scared and in shock, he explained the steps they would take and why they were taking them.
We trusted Jeffrey when he talked with us about the options available to us that evening. We faced the possibility of having to move ourdaughter to another ICU.
Jeffrey has many admirable attributes, he was confident in his demeanor and his words, he kept reassuring us that everything was going to be ok. He stayed after his shift to ensure our daughter got the bed she needed in the ICU. Though our daughter is no longer his patient, Jeffrey has stopped by the ICU several times to check on our daughter's progress.
If I ever need help from an RN, I hope it's Jeffrey. He demonstrated real love and devotion to his patient and the nursing profession.
