Every shift I have worked with Jeff has been productive and fun! Working with psychiatric patients, I have concerns about my safety however, with Jeff I am never concerned. He is amazing with any patient he meets and always makes sure their well-being and co-workers' wellbeing is taken care of. Every time he is in charge of the unit it runs very efficiently with no issues. He goes above and beyond for his patients and co-workers and I am very thankful I had the opportunity to work with him.
