Where do I begin with the best experience I’ve ever had with a nurse? In one of the most nerve-wracking times of my daughter's and my life in giving birth to my first grandbaby, Jelaine brought us the care and comfort we needed to feel in the right place. We never even had to ask for anything because she was always there, checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect.

Through my daughter’s pain, anxiety, and nerves, she always talks about how she can remember clearly her amazing coaching that helped her get through everything. Jelaine went out of her way even after we moved to a different side to make sure we were ok and comfortable. I’ll never forget her because it feels like we gained more than 1 new family member that day! Thank you so much, Jelaine, you reminded all of us of the power and motivation an amazing nurse can bring!
