I experienced a complication with a procedure and woke up in the ICU. Jella showed compassion and empathy beyond measure. She worked with me and my medications to try to control my nausea and pain. When I became upset and cried, Jella jumped up and came straight over to me and comforted me. Jella exemplifies the dream Florence Nightingale had envisioned. She carries the lamp and lights the way for others to follow. My experience at Abrazo was very good. Everyone was helpful and caring.
