Nurse Jellica works in Endoscopy Unit, her daily routine consists of work-related emotional and physical challenges. However, her passion to deliver quality person-centered care has always been her philosophy. Her exemplary service consists of the ability to manage crises while being guided by a set of moral principles, a passion for nursing, a sense of optimism, and the ability to form personal connections with other healthcare team members.

She was enthusiastic to be floated to another unit and eager to offer help and acquire new knowledge and skills. Nurse Jellica made sure that patient safety is her main precedence more than anything else by working with patients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their medical condition and self-care routine before they are disharged, making sure that she facilitates a smooth recovery. Nurse Jellica, has always been positive with her attitude towards her patients, and patients consistently verbalize their gratitude and pleasurable stay during their hospital journey.
