I had two bladder stones removed and a tumor. I left Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY, with a catheter. I have no experience with this device, and later in the evening, I was experiencing extreme pain and bleeding outside of the catheter, and my body was shaking. I was a wreck. I decided to go to the ER in Delhi and was treated by Jemima. I was very upset and was crying and scared. I asked her if she could help me as I could not do this on my own. She looked me in the eyes and said of course I will help you. She proceeded to show me how the device should be used properly and answered all my concerns in an empathetic, friendly, and extremely professional manner. I could not have received better treatment. She is an angel!
