Jen was house supervisor when I came on shift to a full hospital and 68 patients waiting to be seen in the ER. She provided me with help, supervision and the understanding I needed to lead a very overwhelmed ED department. She was the "calm" in the storm that night and went above and beyond her position that night for every unit in the hospital. There are several examples that showed she deserves much more, but I do think this award will show her how much we appreciate her. Thank You!
