Jen was nominated by a patient's daughter. She stated that Jen was amazing at explaining everything that was going on. She was compassionate and very knowledgeable, and checked on the family every day before she left. She always asks if there are any questions and has been wonderful and supportive. Jen is definitely an asset to the hospital.
