Jen Haskins is one of the most compassionate nurses in the department. In addition to nursing, Jen has a background in music therapy. Jen has spent time with one patient who was a hospice patient and not doing well. She sat and sang to the patient to help make the patient as comfortable as possible.

EVS entered the room and thought it was the TV set, when they walked in and Jen was sitting there holding the patient's hand and singing to her. No one asked her to do it and it saved the patient for being restrained and medicated because she was so agitated.
