Jen has continually gone above and beyond to help our team during this pandemic. She offered on numerous occasions to float to the COVID unit to work so that the nurses on that unit could get some relief. Many times, she has picked up extra shifts as well when we suffered a severe staffing shortage so that we could safely care for our patients.
While some nurses have been hesitant to take care of COVID patients, she jumped in without fear or reservations. Her dedication to the team and to our patients really shined through during this time and her desire to care for them in one of the hardest times of their lives is impressive.
