Jen is an extraordinary leader. The ICU environment and teamwork would not be what it is without her leadership. She often brings great ideas to our shared leadership council leads. She is always pushing us to be leaders, to drive the change. Everyone wants to do better because of her leadership. She encourages and empowers. She supports us and listens to us. She has an open-door policy and we can always go to her in person, email, or text.
