I would like to recognize Jen Hood for her exceptional leadership and excellence. After an intense situation, she led a caregiver debrief with professionalism, empathy, and composure. Jen is passionate about what she does and demonstrates incredible skill in doing it.

She displayed compassion and understanding toward a fellow peer who needed support and then carried on with her other responsibilities while keeping a cool head. She was a rock star: caring, composed, and deeply compassionate. Jen truly embodies selfless service, always putting others first and making herself available to her team.
