Jen was fantastic. What a positive servant heart. She was professional, cheerful, positive, affirmative, and supportive. I felt she knew just what to say and when/how to say it both during labor and recovery. She took time to explain what she was doing - whether inserting an IV or doing a check-up on me or the baby. She would always ask genuinely if there was anything else she could do/get for me and would give a cheerful "you're so welcome" every time I said thank you. She is a kind, respectful and skilled nurse - a delightful combination. I was happy to be in her care and our family will remember her warmly!
