Jen is so sweet! She went above and beyond for my mom. Jen was excellent at explaining test results and answering my questions. She was a wonderful advocate for my mother and called the physician to get a new medication order. As soon as the medicine was on the floor, Jen gave it. Jen also did a great job managing my mom's nausea and pain. Jen was so encouraging and calm in a room that was not calm. My mother's room-mate was really struggling with some of her own health issues and was often confused and combative. Jen did everything she could to help the room-mate's nurse so that she could calm down (she was a great team player).
Thank you Jen so much for providing excellent care. Jen deserves to be recognized as she is so caring, energetic, supportive and sweet. If OSF had a million Jen's, no one would ever complain.
