My son was admitted for pneumonia and is very untrusting of nurses and doctors. He was refusing to eat, very upset and scared. Jen took the time to talk to him, play with him and even made a game out of getting him to eat. My son ate a banana for Jen and whenever he was scared to do something she comforted him and found a way to make it less scary and educational for him. Jen allowed him to listen to his heart so she could take his vitals. Jen was phenomenal and I appreciate all of her extra attention to my son's needs.
