I came from Arkansas over a year ago after some lousy medical care. Jen has dealt with my PTSD, my anxiety, my fears, and my need for hand-holding in the most professional way without losing her compassion, empathy, willingness to listen, and patience. Trust me, I know I have tested her on all of these areas. This wonderful nurse has never expressed frustration with me and honestly, that is a testament to her character. I have recently gone through a biopsy and cancer diagnosis. Having been a nurse, I can be a difficult patient because I know too much and research to learn more. She has spent time on the phone several times this past year calming me, letting me cry, letting me rant, and simply just being there plus providing the medical care I need. I believe in WHOLE person care. She is great at that very thing. I desire to bless her for blessing me and I ask you to please choose her, honor her and reward her for all she does.
