Jen took a shift to help; "desperate need" was what the text had said! I was floated to 4South from my usual unit and worked with Jen. Initially, Jen thought she would have 2 students - it ended up she had 4!
Jen was the epitome of a positive influence. She was patient and so helpful to these students. She ended up staying late to finish up after a very busy shift and after being a wonderful instructor. I just know these future nurses were inspired by her professionalism and encouragement. Thank you, Jen!
