During my admission, Ms.Jen’s kindness shone through. Each time I opened my eyes, she greeted me with a brighter smile. She whispered comforting updates about my condition and always approached my care with gentle kindness that really eased my worries.
We shared heartfelt stories that created a friendship between us; those small talks showed her dedication not only to her patients but also to her family. After her long night shift, she goes home to care for her children. Despite her exhaustion, she carried a contagious cheerfulness that brightened my mornings.
Every end of her night shift, every morning, she remained full of positivity. She will come to my room, crack some jokes, and always make me laugh. Her light-heartedness helped me forget my post-operation pain and made my day feel lighter
