One year ago I suffered a medical incident that left me visually impaired. Jen was my PreOP nurse for a colonoscopy. From the first moment that she came to get me to prepare me for my procedure she was thoughtful considerate helpful and so understanding of my lack of eyesight and how that made me feel. She did everything in her power to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. She even came to find me after my procedure to check on how I was doing. She went above and beyond and I thoroughly appreciated everything that she did for me.
