Jen Shiflett, RN

It was such a blessing to have Nurse Jen care for me during my labor. I was admitted for an immediate induction due to a sudden onset of preeclampsia. Jen was one of the nurses who took care of me during my two-day labor. Throughout the process, Jen was always right by my side to explain the process and answer any questions I had with honesty and clear information.

I was still in labor when Jen's shift ended but when she came back the next day she requested to be my nurse and saw things through to the end. When I was headed to recovery I began hemorrhaging. Jen immediately caught on and sprung into action. Her quick decisions saved me. She then proceeded to stay with me longer until she knew I was ok. The one thing I appreciate about Jen is her sense of humor. She made the long process of induced labor more enjoyable.
