Jen Thomson, RN

I have recently started a new role as a Clinical Practice educator. During this time I have worked alongside Jenny and I have learnt so much from her. She has included me in all that she does and has shown kindness and patience during this time. I feel that without her guidance and support, I would have really struggled in the role. She goes above and beyond not only with myself but with the new starters that we have on the unit who also may be struggling, by showing them kindness and patience. She personifies the Leeds way.

Recently she has spent a lot of time with staff members giving them interview tips to help them progress in their careers. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism set her aside.
