Jena's cheery personality brightened my room with each visit. While all the staff was wonderful, Jena patiently explained each procedure and her light-hearted joking made me feel better and special. She knew I would probably be released before her next shift and made an effort to say goodbye. She struck me as an exceptional person as well as an outstanding caregiver.
