I would like to commend Jena Dupont because she made such a positive difference during my hospital stay. Jena always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude that could brighten even the hardest of days. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and compassionate. No matter how busy she was, she always took the time to check on me, answer my questions, and make sure I had what I needed.
One of the moments that meant the most to me was when I became upset after learning I wouldn't be able to go home following my long hospital stay. Jena didn't brush aside my feelings or make me feel like I was overreacting. She genuinely cared, listened with compassion, and offered comfort during a very emotional time. Her kindness helped me feel seen, understood, and supported when I needed it most.
Jena's caring heart, cheerful spirit, and dedication to her patients are exactly what the DAISY Award represents. I will always remember the comfort she brought me during a difficult time, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care she provided.
