Last May our Mother was a patient on the 4th floor (ACU). Jena showed our Mother and us so much compassion while we were here. She listened to all of our concerns & questions and handled everything so kindly and lovingly from addressing our concerns to contacting doctors and agencies in timely fashions, to sit with Mom when she needed an “ear”. A kinder more dedicated nurses we’ve never met. She even took time to visit Mom on her return admittance.
