Jena was very nice, caring, and attentive. I am a hard IV stick and she did not even take offense when I told her where to stick. She stated that she was not going to put me through that and if she felt like she cannot get it, she would have someone else look. She got it on the first stick. Her attitude is very genuine and sincere.
