We want to thank Jene Cyin for giving us very good services. Jene is always available to help us, take care of us and answer any questions we have. He always walks into our room with happy smiles. He is easy to talk to and a good listener. He makes us feel comfortable, like us being at home, not at an emergency room.
Jene is always there to make me feel comfortable and take care of my needs. When I am not allowed to eat or drink, feeling very thirsty, Jene went beyond to reach out to the doctor even with his busy schedule to get permission for me to have some ice-cubes and those ice-cubes taste so good! Jene is the kind of nurse every patient should have. He is a caring person and always happy to help and help with a happy smile. Thank you, Jene!
