He is easy to talk to and a good listener. He makes us feel comfortable, like us being at home, not at an emergency room.

When I am not allowed to eat or drink, feeling very thirsty, Jene went beyond to reach out to the doctor even with his busy schedule to get permission for me to have some ice-cubes and those ice-cubes taste so good!
