Jenelle Caraway is consistently called out by name on the patient survey and leader rounds. She is our top-recognized nurse on the patient survey. My daughter is 4. Jenelle was so comforting and patient with her. Jenelle is a jewel.” Jenelle exemplifies the servant leader. She lives out our mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ each and every day. She loves working with children, and it is so important for her to help reduce the fear and anxiety that the children face when they come to the emergency room. Her smile is infectious, and her warm spirit is so nurturing. She takes time with all of her patients and delivers high compassionate care to all of those whom she is called to serve.
