Jenelyne takes her personal time to hand create small cards of encouragement that she provides to her patients. These cards show her heart and compassion for each of her patients. The small acts of kindness and compassion truly make the biggest difference for the patients on the Surgical/Trauma unit. The cards provide her ASCOM number and that of the patients’ CNA and add a level of security to the patients knowing they can reach their nurse at any time during her shift.
