Janessa made my mom feel comfortable in the last stages of her life. She never made her feel as a problem or inconvenient and always spent plenty of time explaining everything. When my mother would be in pain or panic, Jenessa would calm her. Janessa made our mom's final days peaceful and our precious time with her better.
