Jenice Serrano, RN, BSN

I was in there to have my gallbladder removed, and things went differently than expected. My daughter was with me as she was going to be the one driving me home. Jenice went above and beyond taking care of me and my daughter. She came and saw me once they admitted me before she went home from her shift. Everything she does, she gives her all. She made me feel so special and cared for. Jenice went and got my daughter lunch because she had been there all day and had not had anything to eat. Jenice is a keeper and an amazing nurse.
