Jenifer is the perfect example of going above and beyond for her patients and her nurse aides. After working side by side with her, there is no other nurse I'd rather have working by my side and mentoring me along the way. There have been times when we have been short-staffed and I was left by myself on a floor with 20 patients and she would still offer to help me when needed. She constantly thinks about others even when she has her own tasks to complete and continues to have a smile the whole time.

Of course, I do as much as I can by myself to not bother her, as I know she has a lot of patients to pass medications to. However, even then I am grateful for her support and her effort to show that she is there if for any reason I may need anything. She has taught me valuable lessons and still has been able to talk to me about situations that may occur to educate me and prepare me for the future. I appreciate all her hard work and I want to make sure it does not go unnoticed. I love working with her and cannot wait until my next shift with her.
