Jenifer has such a great and caring personality. She encouraged me every step of the way. When I went into active labor, she made sure to be there every time I needed her to be because it was my first delivery and I was scared and crying. During actual delivery, she gave me multiple pep talks and told me that I could do this and that I'm amazing with every push. She came in after her rounds were done with the new staff and held my hand again. The night before, she braided my hair during my contractions while the other nurse was getting my bed ready for new positions and I couldn't lay during that time.
