Jenifer was my dad's nurse on his most difficult day at the hospital. She kept my father well informed about the different treatments and observations she was implementing. Even though my father is primarily a Spanish speaker, she was very patient, communicating with him using clear, concise, and slow words. This kept my father able to participate and decide on his care. I observed that even when my father kept repeating himself, she still gave a complete answer.
