Jenifer demonstrates a genuine passion for caring and helping patients. A vivid example is taking care of an agitated and confused female older patient since immediate post-operative status. She kept her firm but kind composure by giving her full attention and understanding. I believe there is no missed care as long as Jenifer is present for her patient, by keeping her safe and her dignity maintained when she was not herself in the acute phase of recovery from open heart surgery.
