Jenila Raj Palammal

I was scheduled for an upper GI endoscopy after vomiting for days, feeling dizzy and groggy, and almost fainting often. Nurse Jenila was the kindest and most professional nurse I could have ever wished for during this hard time.

She could tell my stability wasn't the best, and since I couldn't walk on my own, she immediately supported me, holding me with all her strength to make sure I didn't fall or hurt myself. 

She kept reassuring me that everything would be just fine, checking on me every minute. After all, in those times, you need to know that you have not just a professional nurse but a good soul to walk you through them.
