My girlfriend's grandma just passed, and Jennie Harder helped alleviate the pain by being professional and showing sympathy. She cared and ensured we had what we needed. She made us feel welcomed and answered all the questions after my girlfriend's grandmother passed away. Very few people have her qualities and she is a true example for us all. She did everything possible to make us feel at home, regardless of the death we endured.
