I had my daughter. It was a planned induction. I am also a transgender man and my transition began well before my my baby came. I remember Jenn because she checked on me often and she never struggled to use male pronouns, my name, or call me dad despite the uniqueness of my situation. She also came in the middle of the night with the resident and they both sat and just chatted with me when I couldn’t sleep for a long time. They even came to see me the next night! I have always remembered her very fondly for going above and beyond for me and my family.
