Jenn Russell, RN

Jenn was my nurse for 6 days while I was recovering from open heart surgery. She was always super cheerful - a ray of sunshine entering my room. She remembered everything about me and really personalized everything about my care. When I was getting discouraged about the pain and slow recovery, she sat, listened, and gave me the assurance I needed about moving forward. She was a great problem-solver, and she made sure everything happened at the right time, in the right way. She was so good at introducing her colleagues and making me feel part of the family on that unit. She really understood the needs of cardiac patients and could often anticipate my needs before I really knew them. I've never had a better nurse - a true leader and one so committed to the best of patient care.
