My dad recently had an abdominal aneurysm repair. With the visitor restrictions, my mom was the only one able to be there with him. When I called to check in the morning she could not say enough good things about Jenna. She felt confident that my dad was in good hands and received the best care possible. We have had a lot of interactions with physicians and RN's this past year and no one has left quite an impression as Jenna did.
As a family member, it was so reassuring to know that my parents were treated so well. My mother was able to tell me what medications he had, why they tried one med before the other, etc. We have a tough year, and it seems like one thing after the other; to have such a positive experience was so appreciated.
