Jenna was nominated for the gentle, calm and confident care she provided to a patient undergoing heart surgery for the second time.
The patient's wife explained in a nomination letter that they appreciated her sense of calm and efficiency while managing all of the equipment and tubes after surgery.

Jenna worked hard to anticipate her patient's needs and made sure she answered all of the family's questions clearly without rushing.
