Jenna has led the ICU team to accomplish goals such as no falls for over a year. She is a compassionate and democratic leader who communicates clear expectations to staff while also being approachable to suggestions for improvement.

Jenna is a doer. You can trust her word when she says something will be done. Her door is always open to talk about workplace issues. She advocates for her entire staff and truly wants the best for all of us.

Jenna always finds the time to find a solution to difficult situations. We’ve had an increase in our patient population recently and Jenna finds answers to staffing issues. She helps to calm patients, their families, and all of the ICU/SSDU staff when they are in need.

Jenna’s dedication to patient safety and success is obvious as they wage their battle against cancer. In turn, her love bleeds onto her staff as well knowing that having a good team makes all the difference.
