I was recently a patient of Jenna's due to having a miscarriage and then suction D&C for the first time. My husband and I were shocked and distraught. Jenna was a true angel on earth. She maintained professionalism while being very empathetic to the feelings my husband and I were experiencing. I needed labs drawn right after finding out. Jenna took it upon herself to call the lab and have them come up to the room we were sitting in, so we did not have to wait in the lab waiting room. She did not have to do that, but it made a huge impact on me and decreased some of my anxiety. She made the call to my work family to inform them of what had happened so I did not have to do anything except to go home and grieve. She selflessly ended up giving me her personal cell phone number, so we could communicate with ease. Jenna was able to make a terrible situation the best it could be. She also was very quick and efficient with any questions or paperwork I had. I have so much trust in her, and she has forever made a lasting connection with me and with my husband.
