Jenna Dixon and Katie Mann were honored for their compassion and dedication to patient care. Jenna and Katie were recognized by a patient who, as a nurse themselves, felt these two embodied what it means to be a registered nurse. "These nurses were honest, supportive, attentive, compassionate, and non-judgmental in one of the most vulnerable and scariest times of my life. I cannot imagine any better nurses who could deserve the DAISY Award."
