We would like to sincerely thank Jenna for her extraordinary and compassionate care she provided to our family member. She went above and beyond to make his birthday in the ICU feel special. No one wants to spend their birthday in the hospital, let alone in the ICU. She made him feel special and loved.
She took our situation and encouraged us to see the bright side. It is very hard to be in the ICU, and when she would leave the room, we felt better and lighter. We love and appreciate her so much. Our hearts were broken, and she absolutely changed our lives.
Jenna - never change! Your heart speaks volumes, and we adore you. Thank you for everything you do for your patients.
P.S. Her medical expertise and excellent bedside manner were amazing. She continued working and caring for him while bringing him so much happiness and helping him feel less distressed. Her work ethic is absolutely amazing. So grateful to Jenna.
