Jenna is always coming into work with a positive attitude always helping everyone from techs to nurses to transportation she’s always willing to lend a helping hand. This leader is always extending the healing ministry of Christ through all of her actions. Jenna is a consistent support to the unit.… always going above and beyond. She takes a strong interest in educating nurses and focusing on team engagement and runs our unit's “spotlight” engagement board. Jenna is always looking for new initiatives/strategies to improve the frontline team members' experience, as well as making staff feel special remembering birthdays, and holidays and just helping out when anyone has a rough shift! This leader is very welcoming of new employees and does an outstanding job connecting with her direct reports. She is the first to reach out to other ancillary departments to give kudos to colleagues in other areas also! Jenna is a true team player, always ready to help staff and patients! “Love me” is where this leader shines the most. Thank you, Jenna, for all the hard work you do!
